3. School fees must be paid on or before the due dates specified by the school. Late payment may attract fines or other disciplinary action as decided by the school management.

4. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in writing by the school authority.

5. Students are required to attend school regularly. Minimum attendance as prescribed by the education board and school rules is mandatory for promotion and examination eligibility.

6. Students must strictly follow the school’s rules, regulations, discipline policy, and code of conduct. Any act of indiscipline may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

7. The school reserves the right to amend or modify school rules, fee structure, academic schedules, and policies whenever necessary in the interest of students and the institution.

8. Parents/guardians are expected to cooperate with the school authorities, attend parent-teacher meetings, and support the academic and overall development of the student.

9. The school will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings brought by students. Parents are advised not to send valuable items to school.

10. Use of mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or any prohibited items inside the school campus is strictly not allowed unless permitted by the school authorities.

11. The school shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen incidents, accidents, or injuries occurring during school activities, transport, or events, subject to applicable safety measures.

12. Students must wear the prescribed school uniform and maintain proper hygiene and decorum at all times.

13. Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after clearance of all dues and submission of a written application from parents/guardians.

14. The medium of instruction will be English, except where otherwise specified, and students are expected to communicate respectfully within the school premises.

15. All decisions taken by the school management in academic and administrative matters shall be final and binding.
